There's still time to sign up and gain access to the live demo recordings!

To celebrate 2023 #PleinAirpril, Warrior Painters and Artbrew collaborated to offer six live demos. If you missed the live events, you can still sign up to gain access to the recordings. The last day to sign up is May 31, 2023.

Each live demo session consists of the demo artist painting, talking about their process, and answering questions.
Each session lasted 2 hours, from 7pm to 9pm Pacific Time
All demo artists used Photoshop to paint virtual plein-air scenes.
Two languages were used for these sessions: English and Korean (Interpreters were present).
Participants are encouraged to paint along and share their finished pieces on social media afterwards - feel free to tag @warriorpainters @artbrew.co.kr and the demo artists.
The price to gain access to all six demo recordings is $48 USD. We do not sell access to individual demos.

Angela Sung

Co-founder of Warrior Painters / Warrior Art Camp

Angela Sung is a VisDev artist and Art Director, also a co-founder of Warrior Painters and Warrior Art Camp. Angela currently works as a VisDev artist for "The Cat in the Hat" feature film at Warner Animation Group and has worked with companies such as Netflix, ActivisionBlizzard, Dreamworks, Wolfsmoke Animation, Nickelodeon and beyond.

Kaye Kang is a San Francisco-based Korean artist who likes to sketch outside and spend most of her day playing with her cat Gigi. She specializes in character design and visual development for the animation industry. Kaye has worked for Nickelodeon, nWay, NetEase, Naver Z, Kakao, Ninoc Studio and more.

How do I join the live demos?

Once you sign up, you'll receive an email from "Warrior Art Camp Student Portal <no-reply@e.podia.com>".

Click on the "View course" button in the email to access the page where Zoom links will be posted 2 hours before each session.

Or you can go directly to the Demo Access Page, log in with the email and password used to make the purchase to access the paid content.

Please note that you'll need to log in to Zoom before joining the sessions. Please register for a free Zoom account beforehand.

Where are the recordings?

Once a live demo ends, the recording will be uploaded to the Demo Access Page within 24 - 48 hours.

How long do I have access to the recordings?

You'll have permanent access to these recordings here on the platform (powered by Podia) unless anything unpreventable happens.

When is the last day for people to sign up and get access to these demos?

By the last day of May 2023.

Can I only sign up for 1 or 2 sessions for a cheaper price?

Unfortunately, we do not offer single session purchases. You can always watch the recordings if you can't make it to the live sessions.

What is PleinAirpril and what do I need to do to participate?

PleinAirpril is a month-long plein-air painting challenge organized by Warrior Painters for every April. Learn more here.
